Order Cancellations

All orders are final once placed. We are unable to cancel or modify orders after they have been submitted. Please double-check your order before completing checkout.

Before You Contact Us

Many of our products require a degree of skill to install. If you are not confident tackling it yourself, no worries — we offer repair and modding services directly through retrosix.us and we would love to help.

We ship thousands of orders and actual product defects are genuinely rare. Before reaching out, the answers for most FAQs can be found on our wiki at retrosix.wiki — we also have a Discord for support at discord.gg/retrosix. The vast majority of issues customers run into are installation related and are covered in detail there. You will likely find your answer faster than waiting on us.

Defective or Faulty Products

If you have gone through our resources and still believe you received a defective product, please reach out at orders@retrosix.us with clear photos and documentation of the issue. We stand behind everything we sell and if there is a confirmed defect we will make it right. We just need to be able to see it on our end before we can take any action.

Where a defect is confirmed, RetroSix US determines the appropriate remedy, whether repair, replacement, or refund, at our discretion. A request for a refund does not obligate us to issue one where a repair or replacement is offered.

Issues resulting from incorrect installation or improper handling, preparation, or cleaning prior to or during installation do not qualify as product defects and we are not able to offer returns, refunds, or replacements in those cases. If you are unsure about the install, check our wiki or book a service with us before diving in. It will save everyone time.

Returns

Returns that do not fall under warranty are subject to a 25% restocking fee. The following may also affect your refund amount:

The product is not in its original packaging, or the product shows signs of use or damage.

Shipping

Shipping costs to and from RetroSix US are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified. This includes replacements or repairs provided under warranty, as our products are sold for self-installation and we are not able to cover shipping on issues we cannot verify as manufacturing defects.

Digital Products

We do not issue refunds on digital products once the order is confirmed and the product has been delivered. If you are having trouble accessing or downloading your product just reach out and we will get it sorted.
