Shipping Policy Effective 4/01/2026

US, Canada, Mexico, Chile and Argentine shipping only. Most orders ship same or next business day, except during peak periods and holidays.

⚠ Important Note on Pre-Order Items If your order contains a pre-order item, your entire order will be held and shipped together once all items are available — including any in-stock items in the same order. If you need in-stock items sooner, place them in a separate order. We are not able to split shipments on mixed orders.

All domestic shipments include standard carrier insurance of up to $100. RetroSix US is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen packages beyond standard carrier coverage.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, including confirmation via carrier GPS tracking data, we consider the shipment complete and our delivery obligation fulfilled. If you believe your package is missing, we recommend checking with neighbors, reviewing any security footage, or contacting your local post office first.

If your package appears to be lost in transit, you will need to file a missing mail search with the carrier. RetroSix US will assist by providing any documentation needed to support your claim, including carrier tracking and GPS confirmation records. If the claim is resolved in your favor, we will work with you on a replacement or resolution at that time. Outcomes are handled on a case by case basis.

RetroSix US is not responsible for packages marked as delivered that are subsequently stolen. We recommend making arrangements to be present for delivery or providing a secure delivery location.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, the customer is responsible for re-shipment costs. Shipping costs are not refunded in these scenarios.

International Orders

Please note that product prices and shipping options do not include international taxes, duties, VAT, or other fees as mandated by foreign governments. As indicated on the cart page during checkout, all orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). We cannot assume responsibility for customs or import charges. If you are unsure about the current regulations in your state or country of residence, we recommend contacting your local customs office prior to placing your order to understand what to expect. Customers who prefer not to pay customs fees for any reason after their order has been shipped will not be eligible for a refund until the package is returned to us. Please be aware that we may not receive further tracking updates, which means we cannot provide an estimated return date. Refunds will not be issued for shipping or Navidium Shipping Protection costs. Shipping companies may dispose of packages that are refused due to customs fees, and in such cases, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements. We are not liable for any issues related to customs authorities and taxes. We encourage you to review your country's customs laws before completing your purchase. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept any import or customs charges applicable to your order.

Repairs US Customers Only

All repair send-ins must be booked through retrosix.us prior to shipping. We do not accept unsolicited mail-ins or blind shipments.

Once booked, you will receive an email from our orders team with specific shipping instructions. If no email address is on file, the order will be automatically canceled. Customers are responsible for shipping their device to us within 30 days of booking. Any difference in return shipping charges not collected at time of order due to weight or insurance variance is the responsibility of the customer.

All repaired consoles are insured for the declared repair value during return shipment. This coverage is included in your repair service at no additional cost.

In most cases ship the console only unless otherwise specified. Items must be well packaged and include your contact information, order number, and requested repairs or mods.

Device Condition and Shipping Materials

Please ship your device in appropriate packaging materials. We ask that you do not use clothing, towels, or similar materials as packing material.RetroSix US is not liable for items lost or damaged in transit from the customer to RetroSix US LLC.

All devices received for repair are inspected upon arrival. If a device or its packaging shows signs of pest infestation, mold, or biohazard conditions, we reserve the right to refuse service immediately. In this situation the device will be quarantined and returned to sender. The customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs and the original repair fee is non-refundable.

RetroSix US reserves the right to determine what constitutes an unsafe or unacceptable condition at our sole discretion.
