Upgrade your Game Boy Advance from normal AA batteries to fully rechargeable AAs with this drop in USB-C rechargeable upgrade. This allows you to use rechargeable NiMH batteries in your GBA and a USB-C cable to recharge them, without the need to remove the batteries form the console.
A known issue with rechargeable batteries inside of the GBA is it cannot handle the lower voltage (rechargeables give 1.2V not 1.5V). This causes random power offs, the low-power LED indicator to be on always or far too soon, and it shuts off before the batteries are fully drained. All this is solved with the CleanJuice AA as it has in-built regulator circuits (as well as the battery recharge circuit), plus a dedicated low-battery indictor that turns on the GBA red light at the correct time for the rechargeable batteries.
Features include:
- Drop-in / No Cut / No Tool Install
 - Comes with USB-C clear battery cover (all our GBA shells come with normal, and USB-C covers also)
 - Off-the-shelf rechargeable AAs can be used so no worry about custom made lipos not being available in future
 - In-built safety for over/under voltage, over/under current, thermal shutdown and more
 - Safe recharge circuit which recharges your AAs at a steady 480mA to recharge 2.5A AAs in 3-4 hours
 - Safety charge cut-off after 6 hours
 - When AAs are low turns the in-built GBA battery red, warning of 15-20 minutes play time left
 - Charge at any time using any USB-C to C or C to A cable and charger, and even reverse charge the console from your phone if it supports power share. That means you can charge your GBA while you are out, using your phone battery.

Super-easy to install without any tools (shown at the end of this video).
