3. We'll perform a full diagnostic and contact you with a repair quote before any work begins. Some minor repairs may be covered under the initial diagnostic at no additional charge.
4. Once approved, we'll complete the repair and invoice you for return shipping before sending it back.

Shipping

Shipping to us and return shipping are the responsibility of the customer. Return shipping will be calculated based on your location and invoiced separately prior to your unit being returned. Please refer to our shipping policy for full details.

Units received in a previously opened or partially disassembled condition will be documented upon arrival. We cannot be held responsible for pre-existing damage.
