This service is for USA-based customers only. Simply add it to your cart and place your order — do not ship your cartridge until you receive our confirmation email with mailing address and packaging instructions.

How it works:

1. Place your order and wait for our confirmation email with shipping instructions.
2. Send your cartridge to us. Please ensure it is securely packaged.
3. We'll perform a full diagnostic and contact you with a repair quote before any work begins. Some minor repairs, including battery swaps, may be covered under the initial diagnostic at no additional charge.
4. Once approved, we'll complete the repair and invoice you for return shipping before sending it back.

Why won't my game save?

Many Game Boy cartridges use a small internal battery to store save data. Over time these batteries degrade and need to be replaced — it's one of the most common cartridge repairs we do. This same battery-backed save system was also used in NES, SNES, and N64 cartridges. If your game is losing saves or won't save at all, a battery swap is usually the fix.

Shipping

Shipping to us and return shipping are the responsibility of the customer. Return shipping will be calculated based on your location and invoiced separately prior to your cartridge being returned. Please refer to our shipping policy for full details.

Cartridges received in a previously opened condition will be documented upon arrival. We cannot be held responsible for pre-existing damage.
