This service covers the initial diagnostics and investigation via Crossface Gaming in the US, who will work with us directly to assist in the repair as needed. Once the faults have been identified we will contact you to let you know the cost of repair if you would like to proceed.

Once ordered we will reach out to you on how to send in your console to us.
