This service is for USA-based customers only. Simply add it to your cart and place your order — do not ship your console until you receive our confirmation email with mailing address and packaging instructions.

How it works:

1. Place your order and wait for our confirmation email with shipping instructions.
2. Send your console to us. Please ensure it is securely packaged.
3. We'll install your HDMI mod kit and return your console ready to use.
4. Once complete, we'll invoice you for return shipping before sending it back.

Compatibility

Please confirm your Dreamcast is compatible before ordering. This service supports VA0 and VA1 board revisions only. If you're unsure which revision you have, feel free to reach out before placing your order.

Supported Mod Kits

This service covers installation of most HDMI mod kits including RetroGem and similar options. If you have a specific kit in mind, note it in your order comments at checkout.

Shipping

Shipping to us and return shipping are the responsibility of the customer. Return shipping will be calculated based on your location and invoiced separately prior to your console being returned. Please refer to our shipping policy for full details.

Please Note

Devices received in a previously opened or partially disassembled condition will be documented upon arrival. We cannot be held responsible for pre-existing damage.
